Mr. Siromaskul is a Principal Professional Associate and has over 26 years of experience in traffic engineering and roadway design, particularly of complex, innovative concepts. With a combination of experience including microsimuation, concept development, and geometric design, Smith is HDR’s lead for innovative intersection and interchange design and analysis, is a graduate of the University of Illinois, and once volunteered as a corpse.
