About me
Roch is an Associate at HDR Engineering in Bedford, NH and is the Northern New England Civil Section Manager for HDR’s NE Practice. He has 35 years of diverse technical and professional experience in all aspects of management and development of highway and roadway assignments. He has a long history of working on transportation projects with the NHDOT and many local communities New England and has been a steadfast leader in the New Hampshire Engineering Community having served in local and national leadership and committee positions with NSPE-NH, ACEC-NH and also on the National Board for The Order of the Engineer.
