About me
Mark serves as the Water Quality Program Manager in the Bureau of Environment at the New Hampshire Department of Transportation. He has 29 years of experience with the Department. His duties presently involve managing many aspects of stormwater runoff from State Highways during design, construction, and operations. Mark obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from the University of Vermont and a Master of Science in Botany from the University of Wyoming. Mark also has been closely involved in developing strategies for implementing many of the Stormwater programs at the Department.
