About me
Jim had 32 years of experience with the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) in various roles from Materials Engineer to Assistant Director, Deputy Director, and Director of Transportation Resilience & Sustainability.
Jim retired and now works for AECOM as Sustainability Director working on transportation decarbonization programs with clients across the country, including National Cooperative Highway Research Program projects, Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Low Carbon Transportation Materials (LCTM) grant deployment, and various emission reduction work.
