Jim is a seasoned civil engineering professional with over 39 years of experience in roadway construction and utility coordination. He has worked extensively with NCDOT and VDOT, managing utility projects for major infrastructure developments. Over the past 13 years, he has led coordination efforts for roadway, bridge, and utility projects, including the Charlotte BLE Light Rail Project. As Utility Construction Manager, he oversaw the installation of utilities for VDOT’s $4 billion Bridge and Tunnel project. Jim’s expertise in utility management ensures seamless integration of critical infrastructure, supporting the successful delivery of large-scale transportation projects across North Carolina and the southeast.
