About me
Chasen Congreves is the Director of Operations for the Pease Development Authority (PDA), overseeing Portsmouth International Airport at Pease, Skyhaven Airport, New Hampshire’s Ports and Harbors, Pease Golf Course, and the Pease International Tradeport. Congreves held leadership roles in airport operations and the Northeast Chapter of American Association of Airport Executives (NEC AAAE), contributing to government affairs and environmental committees, as well as the PFAS working group. Previously working as an Aerospace Propulsion Technician with the NH Air National Guard and U.S. Air Force, this led to his tenure working in private-sector aviation with PlaneSense Inc. and GE Aviation. Congreves holds a Bachelor’s in Aviation Management, a Master’s in Aviation and Aerospace Sustainability, and Certified Member (CM) credentials as an airport executive.
