About me
Bill Caswell started his career as an engineer in NHDOT’s Bureau of Highway Design in 1984. He accepted a position to help support and develop the Department’s newly acquired CAD/D system in January 1989 and has served in that capacity for the past 36 years. Outside of work, Bill has served as president of the National Society for the Preservation of Covered Bridges since 2014.
